We’ve been busy this Spring updating and broadening our training and exam programs. It all began with a global certification program that we launched for Enterprise and Local in March. While we were updating our test preparation sessions and adding new questions to our exams, we realized that Kenshoo Social would need its very own program.
A new day for Social
What we’re seeing with Social is exciting. It’s an area that’s new to many marketers, and we see a lot of agencies and advertisers starting to expand their knowledge into the social arena. In the past, we’ve managed search and social separately, from a learning and certification standpoint, but now those teams seem to be cross-pollinating and we see teams that have recently achieved “Pro” status – our highest certification level – on the Enterprise or Local side returning to get certified for Social as well.
We kept that in mind when we started looking at the Social Certification program. The new social training and certification program teaches our clients how to use Kenshoo Social and also provides insight on the fundamentals of Social advertising including how to use Facebook – drilling down to some of the nuances of how Facebook Pages work.
Preparing to get Social
So this past few weeks, we’ve been very busy with our Spring Social – a program designed to launch or recently updated social training and certification program. We offered three Spring Social prep sessions hosted by Kenshoo Social account managers. Training incorporated engagements and quizzes to maintain interest and as we expected, our Kenshoo clients are really on the ball. Those who participated in the training walked away with the skills needed to take the first two Social exams, and now they’re viewing more advanced content to sit for the third exam – passing the third exam earns them the title, Kenshoo Social [Pro].
New program – new platform
Participants in our Spring Social were the first to experience Kenshoo’s new training and testing platform. The platform features custom learning content based on learner need, so Kenshoo and Kenshoo Social clients who log onto our platform can get a tailored experience and are set on a guided path toward the certification program and [Pro] status that they’re seeking.
Did you know that we offer Local and Enterprise bi-weekly deep-dive training sessions for our clients? The training sessions feature use cases and scenarios submitted by our clients. In fact, just to get all our ducks in a row, we launched a Tips & Tricks email that highlights the features and themes submitted by clients so you can read about the feature and if you want to learn more, you can attend our deep dive.
