Polisar will join Kenshoo Social from Total Immersion, where as VP, Sales, he helped evangelize the mainstream Augmented Reality market and led strategic brand and agency partnerships across all verticals including social and gaming. Before Total Immersion, Max directed business development efforts for web development and mobile marketing programs at WhittmanHart Interactive, Buongiorno Mobile Marketing Services, and Endeavor Talent Agency (now WME) respectively.

Knoch came to Kenshoo Social from Ready Financial, where he was vice president of marketing. Previously, Knoch was principal consultant and head of consulting for the Visitor Acquisition Platform at Omniture (now Adobe) and, before that, he held roles with 360i, Cingular Wireless (currently AT&T), and SearchIgnite (now Ignition One). Over the years, Chris has worked with hundreds of companies to achieve proven integrated online marketing results, with specific focus on gaining a competitive edge in tracking, analytics, and automated optimization.
