Expert Services Team. While not a traditional technology feature of the platform, Kenshoo clients can tap into this team when they need a little extra help with regards to transitional, expertise, and consulting needs.
As a mature technology provider, Kenshoo’s marketing suite has evolved over the years to meet a wide range of advertiser needs across channels and industry verticals. All of that functionality equates to a pretty sophisticated feature set in the hands of a true power-user.
While many of our clients have certainly mastered the platform, Kenshoo’s Expert Services team are experts in applying channel strategy utilizing Kenshoo’s tools.
“It’s not a stretch to say that the Expert Services team knows the technology as well as any other team at Kenshoo,” says Christine Vincent, Kenshoo’s VP, Center of Excellence. “The product team often reaches out to them to learn more about how practitioners use the system and take their advice on how to improve things.”
Marketing is an all-year-round discipline and already packs in a full day for advertising practitioners. For agencies and brands that are making the switch from another tool to Kenshoo, sometimes some additional hands can help to ensure that performance doesn’t drop during the transition.

The good thing about having our team work with clients during a transition period is that we can show them just how powerful Kenshoo can be. It’s much easier to learn a new platform when you work side-by-side with people who are already power users.”
On occasion, Kenshoo clients may feel that they know that they can take their marketing programs to the next level, but may not know exactly how to get from point A to point B.
The Expert Services team has worked through just about every marketing challenge or issue in the book so there really aren’t many curveballs a marketer can throw at them. From tips and best practices and even some workflow tricks, clients can learn how to use everything that the Kenshoo platform has to offer in order to accomplish their marketing goals.

We know that sometimes you just need some new ideas on how to approach campaigns with technology. We can suggest workflow and optimization solutions within the platform that can help move the needle in ways they might not realize they can already do with Kenshoo.”
Because the Expert Services team are so hands-on with client accounts, they are a wealth of knowledge even outside of being experts in Kenshoo technology—they know marketing.
Even experts at brands and agencies can sometimes fall into a rut. When clients are ready to take things up a notch, they can bring in the Expert Services team who can listen and help identify ways to do things better or work alongside them to tackle specific challenges together.
There’s a lot to think about with marketing, so having a group of experts on your side—who just so happen to also be power users on the technology platform you are using—can be very beneficial to brands and agencies.
